✅ Session Rollover

Unused sessions from your monthly plan roll over to the next billing cycle but expire if not used by the end of that cycle.
Example: A session from March can be used in April but will expire on April 30 if not booked.

✅ Time Off Policy

If your coach (Accent Change) takes time off (e.g. for travel), your booking window will be extended by the same duration.
Example: If 1 week of coaching is unavailable due to travel, you will receive 1 extra week to use any rolled-over sessions from the prior month.

✅ Cancellation & Rescheduling
Monthly plan students: Cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before your session.
No-shows (missed sessions) do not roll over.

✅ Booking Responsibility
It’s up to you to schedule your sessions before they expire. Sessions do not carry over indefinitely.

✅ Can Cancel Plan Anytime:

You can cancel your plan at anytime by logging into your account and navigating to your profile and then Billing & Subscriptions or by contacting [email protected] directly.

Your current month remains active until the end of your billing cycle. Unused sessions aren't refunded but you will still be able to roll them over to the following month if necessary.

Example: if your plan renews on March 1st and you cancel on March 5th, your plan remains active until March 31st and you can use your March sessions in March or roll them over to April
